The hardest lesson I have learned this year is never stop working to improve your happiness.
Your happiness needs to be maintained.
Try to put yourself first. Do what makes you happy. You have choices. Never make the best ones for others, make the best choices for yourself. And remember taking care of yourself is NOT selfish, it is self-care.
